Little Unicorns will be meeting this Saturday, April 25th from 1 – 3pm at Hobart Park in Ventura.
The DCVC Community Center is completing a renovation and so we thought it was the perfect time to meet at a park, soak up some sun, and play a little baseball!
As always, we will have a snack and a group check in. In celebration of one our longtime Little Unicorns, who will be moving, we will be playing her favorite sport – baseball. We recognize that we have a group of varying abilities, so we will be adapting the game so everyone can participate!
Please wear comfortable shoes you can run around in. Wear your hat and sunscreen. Feel free to bring camping chairs or picnic blankets.
Hobart park is in East Ventura in the 9400 block of Telegraph Road. They do have a little skate park and a playground. Plenty of street parking is available on three sides of the park. When you arrive, look for our canopy set up.
Families will be allowed to join us for the festivities since we will be in a public area. Our Little Unicorns will do a seperate check in with each other, but we will invite everyone to participate in games.

Little Unicorns is for young LGBTQ+, questioning, and allies ages 9-12. We meet once a month on the last Saturday, talking about relevant issues and supporting each other in a safe, healthy and relaxed atmosphere.
