Diversity Collective Ventura County is excited to announce the expansion of our Organizing Leadership Project funded by DCVC and the McCune Foundation. DCVC will continue to train and deploy adult organizers to advocate for LGBTQ, HIV, and AIDS policy and practices here in the county and statewide. This next fiscal year DCVC will include youth in the project and provide training and mentorships from adults organizers to help these youth become organizing leaders. These leaders can then advocate for policies and practices locally and statewide most important to them and help produce an inaugural youth conference and a social media campaign around an LGBTQ subject of their choice. For more information on how to enroll in the program as an adult or youth contact Vicente Torres at email@example.com
